The culture holds teams accountable for operations and building resilient systems. There is a well-running platform team to improve developer efficiencies. The company is building large-scale distributed systems, which are interesting problems to solve. The engineers are smart and hardworking. The company supports employees working fully remote, in an office, or traveling around the world.
I wish the company was profitable regularly.
