Process
At the beginning the process was a little bit slow, but after the second technical interview, I got rejected after more than a week. Not cool at all. The process should be respectful by both sides.

Pros: Hybrid. Keeping Israeli values while being part of an American company. A bit of a startup-ish feel sometimes. Good benefits. Good healthcare programs. Work/life balance and general care about employees.
Cons: Bureaucracy. Ineffectiveness in decision-making. Still a lot of American corporate things to ingest on a daily basis.
