Recruiter interview followed by a panel interview. The recruiter interview was generic, and then I was passed on to the panel interview. The panel interview was a big red flag when one of the tech interviewers was very quiet until a certain point and then asked a random technical question. The manager looked bored and disinterested. The questions were very generic. They were interested in my experience not related to this role, so they were probably fishing for free information. I would advise candidates to be very wary. The surprising ending was the rejection email that came a few hours after the interview. That was the icing on the cake.
Talk about a difficult project that you did.
