Pros: Great work-life balance with a flexible schedule.
Good diversity of exchanging ideas (hacking events, etc.).
Travel opportunities (workshops, summits, etc.).
Great salary and career opportunities compared to other local companies.
Cons: Sometimes, too much bureaucracy to get a job done efficiently.
Need more brand recognition.
Not so great business decisions at upper management to give a proper sense of heading on the product.
Slightly lower compensation package compared to tech giants like Google, Microsoft, and Facebook.
