Autodesk has a very progressive culture and work environment. Diversity in all aspects is respected. Development teams have latitude to make decisions. Work conditions are flexible, and there are great opportunities to improve your skill set. Managers regularly ask employees what training they are interested in. Many of the staff in the Calgary office have been with Autodesk for 15+ years. Once you join, you will never want to leave. It is truly that great.
The Calgary office is small by Autodesk standards. Opportunities for a management career are limited if a person wants to stay in Calgary.
