Overall, a good company. Hybrid work is offered. However, it does not support full remote work, at least in India, which many employees desire.
Work-life balance is messed up, and you have to adjust. There are lots of calls in the evening. If you can adjust, then that's good. But since most of the days we are working from home, it's somewhat acceptable.
No remote work. If I have to attend evening or night calls, or sometimes early morning calls, it's better to have remote work opportunities. Otherwise, we don't get time to spend with our families. At least there should be an option for remote work.
