Great work-life balance for engineers.
A really big company, spread out across the US.
Screening call, hiring manager call, 4 interviews with the team. After investing about 5 hours doing interviews, they went silent for two weeks. I had to email them twice to get an answer. Very unprofessional, will never recommend them.
I applied online on Autodesk's career page and received a response from the hiring manager two weeks later. The first round of the interview was more like an introductory call, where I was briefed on the team and the role. I was asked mostly generic
30-minute Zoom interview with two group managers. They will ask you some behavioral questions, some basic technical questions, and about your project experience from your CV. For example, they might ask about your most interesting project.
