Cons: A lot of confusion and black box in teams. Who does what? And if a bad manager, [then there are] bad company politics.

Pros: The company is so large there is no problem finding other jobs that you qualify for. It is easy to move around within the company. The pay is okay, but the benefits are very good. Work-life balance efforts in recent years have made the working environment very good. If you do not like your job or manager, it is possible to transfer. Most of the people you work with are smart and know their job. There are many volunteer opportunities, and the bank even offers 2 hours a week for volunteer work. Internal training is offered in many courses available to all associates. They also have an excellent tuition reimbursement program.

Cons: Pay is okay, not great. There are times when the management doesn't understand what is going on, but acts anyway, creating problems.

Pros: You will get a job if you have luck. Talent has no role.

Cons: A waste of time and one should think twice.
