Cons: They don't have a dedicated team of trainers for software engineers who have joined the organization as freshers, like other companies do. Instead, they usually allot one buddy to train the individual.

Pros: The team is full of talented developers, with a wide variety of experience to draw from.
You can work from home every so often.
They offer training in their technology stack.
If you are interested in finance, then the job will grant exposure to many areas.
Competitive starting salary for a graduate developer.
Cons: Internal technology is not great. If you want to only work for BoA for the rest of your life, this isn't a problem.
Lots of politics involved in the development and release process.
Communication between international teams leads to a "us vs them" mentality.
TONS of websites are blocked (which is understandable, but it's still a con).
More meetings than development.
