Pros

If you are a candidate with 4+ years of experience, you can get a good salary. You can get a good front office application to work on, which will improve your competency level.

  • Short-term onsite opportunity.
  • Transportation from a pickup location to the office.
Cons

Bonus is very less. This has gotten worse after they acquired Merrill Lynch.

Very much New York or London driven.

High politics. People at higher management are very incompetent.

Too many AVPs and VPs, even in places where they are not required.

Employees at the lower level do not get recognition. Leads try to take recognition for all your work.

Policies are not very employee-friendly. This is getting worse after the acquisition of ML.

Advice to Management

Remove too many VPs and AVPs. They are not doing any work, simply adding up to expenses.

Motivate employees at a low level by appreciating their work and providing good benefits.

Remove politics by making appraisals more transparent.

Should bring parity among the salaries.
