There was an initial telephone interview. This was followed by a personal interview with the senior IT manager. Both focused on my specific software skills and work experience. There was a background check and a drug test.

I met with one junior developer who had absolutely no idea of the technologies he was vetting. He was working from a script (Q&A) but could not understand what you were talking about if you didn't use the exact words in your answer that were written
