Pros

Benefits, amount of vacation days, and team members worked well together. Some managers were good and would direct you as to how you should improve in order to move up in the company.

Cons

Vacation time was a pain to get approved. Most managers were more concerned with deadlines than workers. Morale was low because managers did not interact well with underlings. Promotions were for people who were good individual contributors rather than good team players. Survival of the fittest was management's strategy. If a manager doesn't like you, they will make your days miserable.

Advice to Management

Treat your underlings with more respect.
