A fantastic company with a "team" oriented work environment. If you put your time in and believe in the company, then the company definitely takes care of its dedicated employees. This company has a great compensation package for employees and takes the time to develop the management team. They also offer great benefits packages.
Tougher hours if you're not used to working in retail. A lot of a manager's hours are weekends and evenings, but the compensation and the work environment are definitely worth the time.
