Pros

A great place to learn and grow. It keeps you up to date on current products.

Cons

Staff are marginally trained and expected to educate themselves on new products and services. As this is a non-commissioned based atmosphere, there is no incentive to achieve the high revenue demands.

Advice to Management

Invest in employee training and experience. This will help minimize turnover and improve customer service.
