Pros: Blackrock has improved work flexibility over the years and is now making it a higher priority. Amazing work culture. I enjoy everyone I work with. Co-workers are like family to me.
Cons: Blackrock technology runs things very lean. Things could dramatically improve if they hired more resources. Innovation would improve. They need to be more open to broader technologies such as AWS.
