Process
I had a phone interview. I talked with a group of engineers in the group I was applying for. They asked fairly standard questions and were fairly opaque about exactly what they wanted from me. I followed up with a programming problem given via email. The problem given was fairly simple. I ended up having a positive impression of the group.

Pros: I absolutely loved my time at Blizzard, and they treated their interns well. Some of the things I really enjoyed were:
* Having a team that allowed me to grow
* Never being brushed off by any employee (no matter the title) because I was "just an intern"
* A cool office
* Trying their best to invest in young talent
Cons: Pay isn't as high as many tech companies in the area.
