The Block interview process consists of four rounds:

• Two technical interviews
• One system design interview
• One past experience interview

During the technical interviews, your coding skills and problem-solving abilities will be evaluated through writing, testing, and optimizing code for given problems.

The system design round will test your ability to design, scale, and overcome challenges in a system.

In the past experience interview, be prepared to share examples of your impact in previous roles.

In my opinion, the interview process at Block is comprehensive and well-designed. It covers both technical skills and soft skills, which are important in any job.
