Pros: Open source focused and focused in AI.

Cons: Weird company, weird processes, weird product.

Pros: Management is really supportive and puts a huge emphasis on how they are there to help you. In addition, my co-workers are all very receptive to questions and are always willing to help. I also really appreciate the culinary team here; the food here is out of this world! The company is really aware about diversity and social issues. The art and design team is really strong here, and I love working with beautiful products! It's also really exciting to see the company grow at such a fast rate!

Cons: As a new grad, my team assignment felt random (albeit, I lucked out) and was slightly stressful because a decision was announced and then rescinded.

Pros: Mission: We have honorable missions—to service our merchants and to make commerce easy. We also have other practices such as “clean street” (where we go out and pick up trash in SF city every Friday) and “give a meal” (where we donate lunch money). It feels good to work with such missions in mind. People: I am very impressed by the executive team. I am always looking forward to the weekly “town square,” where the executive team present visions, execution, results, and lessons learned. Working Environment: The SF office is beautiful; meals (three per day) are exceptional; the South Bay office is convenient.

Cons: Engineering team: The engineering team is not very mature, reflected by frequent reorganization and some, in my opinion, rather arbitrary choices in the technology stack.
