Great for Android devs (depending on team)
Great Android dev culture. Many experienced Android devs. Quick to adopt the latest technology. Foundation teams are dedicated to things like design systems and build systems.
Doesn't seem particularly great outside of Android dev, e.g., apparently complicated Ember web codebase.
Easy to get experience interviewing, even as a relatively junior dev (it's actually heavily encouraged).
Remote-first. Very flexible with schedules.
Opportunity for greenfield dev with the latest and greatest tech, depending on the team.
More difficult to get promoted than hired at a given level. Stock is doing poorly. Meals aren't provided at offices.
