Process
The interview process was on campus and really quick, taking about two weeks after initial contact. There were two technical interviews, each with two interviewers. Standard questions were asked. After each technical interview, the interviewers left the room and returned about five minutes later to invite me back for another interview. Following the technical interviews, there were two 45-minute interviews: one with a manager and another with an HR representative.

Pros: Good pay
Free food
Good office location
Cons: No cubes, everyone face to face.
Long, long hours.
The technology they use is old, not good for CS-majored graduates once you exit.

Pros: The company offers competitive pay and a great benefits package that is better than investment banks.
There is free food.
The people working there are friendly, smart, and generally easy-going compared to people at investment banks.
More job security than investment banks.
Fast-paced work environment and some very interesting work.
Ability and talent, not seniority, are recognized and rewarded.
Training program for new grads.
Cons: The work culture is very unique, with some strict rules.
It's much bigger now than 5 years ago, and profit sharing is no longer that lucrative.
Some of the senior management's decisions are difficult to grasp.
