Process
I attended the on-site interview, which was the first round, after being accepted through their careers website and completing an online IQ test. During each 30-minute period, approximately 20 people were placed in a large room with cubicles to separate each interview site, where one-on-one interviews were conducted.
I was asked a few array-related algorithm questions and some brain teaser questions. We also discussed my course projects.

Pros: - Free "sneaks" (but the selection has become worse)
- Nice office building in a good location
- More stable than investment banks and other financial service firms
Cons: - No privacy in the office.
- Small desk, no cubicle.
- Cost cutting: benefits have been reduced year over year and are getting worse.
- Slow growth.
- No more free medical insurance. It used to be free, but now the company charges insurance premiums.
- High turnover. Many people leave within 2 years or less.
- Very political place, very hard to get things done. Senior management does not want to take risks by investing in new projects.
- Flat structure, hard to grow.
- Long working hours.
- Below market average compensation.

Pros: Beautiful office, great pay, good health benefits, free snacks. The company encourages participating in social causes and has smart coworkers. There are also lots of holiday days. Definitely a great place to work.
Cons: * Issues with working from home.
* A lot of artificial deadlines and emergencies.
* Getting increasingly bureaucratic as it grows.
* Very senior management does not care about lower level.

Perks But Toxic Culture

Pros: Free food, flexible work hours (if you do not work in trading systems), corporate perks, and a health benefits package.
Cons: Backstabbing. Managers behave like dictators with no accountability throughout the chain of command. Outright lies on performance reviews. Performance is proportional to sycophancy. The culture of meritocracy and fairness is being systematically dismantled. Basically, a H-1B sweatshop. Blame the person you don't like instead of the real culprit and get him/her fired.
