The interview process involved a few technical rounds and an HR preparation call for the next stages. At each stage, they explained what was coming to ensure candidates were well-prepared. In my case, the last technical interview wasn't 100%. It took me a while to figure out one of the problems, and for them, that wasn't acceptable. I think it's kind of harsh to reject a candidate for only one question that wasn't perfect but was good. Anyway, the general experience was great, and the feedback at each stage was so helpful, which is something you don't see at most big corporations. I hope to get the chance to interview again with Bloomberg in the future.
