Try to tell good, engaging stories of how you solved a difficult problem using a technical solution. I think this is what they were impressed with the most.
The offer was very good, and it's an overall stable company with a lot of work in the R&D department. Highly recommended.

Pros: Slowly moving towards open source, and standardizing best practices.
Cons: A flat hierarchy, where everyone becomes senior after 3 years, means that career advancement varies greatly across teams. Similarly, this puts too much power in the hands of managers and upper management.
If you're unlucky, you'll be working under a manager who micromanages and overworks employees just to get a chance at promotion.

Pros: - Great engineering culture.
- Phenomenal training resources.
- Unlimited growth and mobility opportunities.
- Work/life balance (9-6 for me).
- Smooth COVID pandemic transition (a lot of support from management!).
- Performant and successful products.
Cons: - Lack of diversity in engineering (but they are working hard to improve this)
- Somewhat outdated technologies in some teams
- A lot of internal technologies
