For my college interview, I submitted my CV, and they arranged an interview on campus.
They tested my basic knowledge of C++ and my skills in solving algorithm problems.
The algorithm part was easy, but I failed to answer the questions on basic C++ knowledge well.

Pros: A very stimulating place to work. You are very well treated. You are paid well above market rates. It's very technical. A perfect job if you want to settle down and have some stability.
Cons: Work-life balance can sometimes be tricky, as there is a culture of overworking. It's certainly not a young startup.
It's not a flat structure; it feels a bit corporate. Hours are long.
I often simply feel bored.

Pros: Great atmosphere, wonderful people, excellent perks. Very good training program for fresh recruits to catch up to company operations standards.
Cons: As with most of the financial-tech space, much of the tech stack is quite outdated, and imbuing any new ones takes time. They become quite mature or even outdated by the time they're part of the workflow.
