Attended job fair, contacted 3 months later for phone interview. Interview was easy, with canned questions at first (STAR format). More detailed follow-up questions came later. It took about 30 minutes. Received an offer, negotiated a sign-up bonus, but had no success with a salary increase. Took a drug test. Contact was not always responsive; had to wait days for a reply. From interview to first day at work took about 2-3 months.
