3-person panel interview at my university. Behavioral interview with 5 or 6 questions. They really emphasize the STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) format for answering. They mainly just want to see how you respond in different situations and if you are a good fit for the company. Overall, nice recruiters and a fairly easy process.
