Process
I was hired through the EAHI program.
The process started with a virtual career fair with a recruiter, followed by an interview with two Boeing engineers.
After passing that interview, I had a matching process where I spoke with four different Sr. Managers to determine what would be my best fit before selecting the team I wanted to join.
