The process was smooth and the questions seemed fair. The STAR interview format is really enforced, so make sure you give answers structured as such. The interview structure can vary, however. For example, I had a panel of people asking me questions.

Pros: Pay, 401K, vacation, location, facilities
Cons: Weak leadership. Lack of transparency. Lack of management accountability. Micromanaged. Using corrupt/broken data systems to track parts. Intentionally circumventing processes to cut corners, which results in subpar quality of product just to make delivery commitments to customers. Constant rework of products incurs additional costs, time, and reputation. Retaliation for speaking up.

Company's Shift to Engineering Praised, but Challenges Persist

Pros: The company is in the process of shifting back towards engineering excellence. From my perspective, this is a welcome change, as it allows us to focus on delivering high-quality products to our customers.
Cons: There are still some challenges within the company.
One area that needs improvement is management dynamics. While everyone is working towards a common goal, it can be difficult at times to get everyone on the same page and organized under one theme.
