Pros: Great work-life balance, great benefits.

Cons: Tasking and work can be a bit slow, and individual responsibility is less than at other companies.

Pros: You get to work remote, and some of the fellow employees are great to work with.

Cons: It's not really a software company, and they make development so hard. I used to be a subsidiary, and things were a lot better when we were a different company. Usually, they want us to show compliance with something (this happens often), but there is no one that can help. Usually, a lot of time is wasted. The pay is not great if you started here as a level 1. They lowball you in offers and act like they are doing you a favor when you know you are being paid less than market value.

Pros: Boeing has some of the coolest products out there, and being able to work right next to the factory is pretty cool. I like how there are a lot of different teams in Boeing, and it’s easy to move around. There's a very good work-life balance since it’s a pretty standard 9-5.

Cons: Boeing is very old-fashioned in everything, especially software development. It can be a slow process getting approvals and such, and a lot of the tech is a year behind.
