Process
First of all, the hiring manager CCed, instead of BCCed, all of the candidates. As a result, I could see the list of all the other candidates.
Making matters worse was the fact that he would not reply after I sent him an unofficial copy of my transcript as requested.
I sent him two follow-up emails, each about one week apart, in which I politely asked for a status update. However, I have not received any response from him.

Did not get to an interview as the hiring manager would not respond to any emails.
