Pros: Boeing has great benefits. The programs you work on are often exciting, and it's very satisfying to see your work go into the actual field.
Cons: Little communication flows downward from management. It's difficult to get career advancement without "putting years in". Most of the people who work there have been there for quite some time and often just do the bare minimum to get by.

Cons: Outdated dev tools, 80% of staff nearing retirement, few positions to advance into, not driven toward innovation but contracts instead, pays in lower 1/3 band, terrible software practices.
