Straightforward. They are changing the interview policy, so it was more freeform than strict behavioral questions, but those still provided a basis on which the interview was conducted. There were more follow-ups and probing than in the past.
Standard phone screening followed by on-site interviews. The process was pretty seamless and not a burden to go through. The phone screen involved sharing my screen and fixing/writing some code. The on-site interview was more about personality.
This was for an entry-level role. STAR format, 5 questions. I was asked about experience and difficult/pressure situations. Besides the 5 STAR questions, a couple of yes/no questions were asked, e.g., "Have you ever used tool X?"
