Good, healthy benefits. Respect of experienced professionals.
Lack of a long-term career plan.
Too many shuffles in first and second-level management is terrible for mid-career professionals.
Value more the doers and get rid of the talkers. Need urgently to implement management evaluation by direct employees.
This company has way too many people in the food chain that are not value-added to the business.
Finally, innovative ideas are constantly dying because of the work chargeline and lack of management with a good grasp on engineering fundamentals.
