Can't think of any that are worth mentioning. Some of the people are great. How's that?
Boeing is concerned with their bottom line. They won't take care of you, and they are super cheap. The 'cafeteria' is a joke, and the management is even worse. They truly don't know what they're doing, and a lot of managers are not fit to manage a pet fish, let alone manage people within an organization that needs supervision and direction. This is a very dysfunctional place. I would HIGHLY recommend NOT working here if you want to move up in the world and grow into a long-term position within a corporation.
Get a clue and listen to your employees.
The same employees that are helping to build your airplanes.
Stop micromanaging your employees. They clearly know more than most of you, and you need to listen to them.

This was for an entry-level role. STAR format, 5 questions. I was asked about experience and difficult/pressure situations. Besides the 5 STAR questions, a couple of yes/no questions were asked, e.g., "Have you ever used tool X?"
