I've worked for 4 years at Boeing, and these are my honest opinions:
Pay is extremely, extremely low, while seniors enjoy benefits.
Go into the teams and look at what is happening, and stop hiring people from service-based companies who have ruined your reputation.
Give a proper hike, not when your employee is trying to exit.
Go back to your hiring process and look into the complaints and problems that employees face.
And respect the work, not the seniority.
Managers, just don't enjoy having coffee at your tables.
1. Online test based on OOPs, data structures, HTML, CSS, ReactJS, etc. It was an MCQ test including some code snippets. 2. Managerial interview asked about educational background, projects, extracurriculars, skills, certificates, and STAR pattern q
Started by having me draw a stress-strain curve. Then, we proceeded to questions related to the same. After that, I was asked to explain a control system in simple terms. The HR round followed.
I applied online through Workday for the .NET+Angular Associate Software Engineer role. The whole process was done relatively fast. I was first contacted by the recruiter. After setting out the expectations, I was invited for two rounds of interview
