They asked questions and requested you answer in the STAR format. It was online, so you had the option of calling in or using the video chat function. They did not have their cameras on.

They interviewed me over the phone and never gave me the result. I guess when you've waited at least one month without any feedback, you would figure out by yourself you're not hired.
