I worked in the 17-07 Building in Auburn, Washington for about 12 years. The people there have high integrity and are bent on producing quality products. I enjoyed working there.
The parking is much better than at most other northern Boeing work locations.
Occasionally had managers who "micro-managed" and/or meddled with employees who were not in their own organization.
Keep it fun. Need more recognition for good work; be specific. Not "blanket" recognition, but specific recognition, which takes more effort to identify. Blanket recognition recognizes mediocre or non-participants and decreases the value compared to genuine recognition.
Panel interview with four managers. About five questions about different workplace scenarios and how you would go about them. It was a nice experience and not as scary as I thought it would be.
