Great benefits and work assignments. The pace of work can be frenetic at times and require long hours. Great people to work with, generally highly motivated.
Can be directed into work assignments that are not interesting.
Persistence is required for choice assignments.
Pay is going to increase at a slow pace always. Don't get the idea that great effort will be rewarded with great pay.
My departure was a vote of no confidence in the first-level management of the company. In general, the management is effective, focused, and attentive to the people and the product. The immediate management was trash. The day they arrived, I walked out of the room and three months later out the front door.
