Pros

Benefits are among the best in the industry (Puget Sound only).

Flexible hours (to some degree).

Cons

Boeing's basic management philosophy is that a "Boeing trained" manager need not know anything about the technology that they manage. The company has recently taken a very anti-union stance. Poor executive decisions have been made at the top.

Advice to Management

787 was an example of how not to run an airplane program. Did you learn anything?
