Relaxed environment, but out-of-date technology and methodology
Pretty relaxed environments. You work 40 hours and rarely have to do overtime. They don't expect you to overhaul all the time.
The technology and methodologies they use are pretty dated. It feels like working and coding for a company 15 years ago.
