Not exactly cutting-edge technology, but I work with some really smart people and have learned a lot over the last few years. The pay is on par for the Seattle area, and the work/life balance is respected.
While management can sometimes have their head in the clouds regarding the current state of things, I have to say everyone has been fair. Overtime is expected when things are behind, but this isn't different from any other shop.
Defense spending is down, and there aren't a lot of places to go in the company right now.
So far, I have to say that management is in touch with employee concerns, but the company as a whole doesn't really care.
