Software tools and technology in use tend to be out-of-date and not particularly relevant outside of Boeing.
Morale in the workplace is suffering greatly, with layoffs on the defense side and union busting on the commercial side.
Be more creative in dealing with employees and unions; make employees feel empowered and valued.
