The benefits are amazing and cannot compare to any other company that I see in the marketplace. The course reimbursement is a dream come true, and I cannot say enough about the medical and the pension. If you like doing the same job over and over again, then this is the place for you!
As an employee, you do not have an idea of what it takes to move on to the next level. This only leaves riding on a manager's coat-tails and breeds the kind of 'yes-men' that you only thought existed in movies. The middle-aged, pot-bellied white male wins the day at Boeing.
