Complexity of enterprise architecture.
Boeing is going through a radical transformation that will take years, if not a decade. Focus is on Go4Zero profit, accounting creativity, celebrating 40-50 years of service, retirement parties, and funerals.
Not a tech company. It is not even a manufacturer. They gutted R&D. Benefits are average. Too many old people (65+) who do not understand technology.
Time to retire. You guys have extended your stay.
