I applied directly and took an online HackerRank test, which was fair. Following that, I had an interview with a recruiter. After that, I had a one-hour interview with two very lovely engineers. They asked me a programming question and wanted me to solve it and discuss my approach. Subsequently, I had a system design interview with two lovely engineers as well. The final step was a cultural fit interview with a manager. This was a very important step, and he insisted on knowing the technologies I had used, my current working methods in terms of Agile, and other details from my CV.
The interviews concluded and took around one month. It was very tiresome. The last interviewer told me I should receive a response within five days. It has now been 14 days, and I have not received any answers to my emails to the recruiter.
Overall, it was time-consuming, and in the end, you don't get a timely response or any feedback.
