Incredibly well-organized company, between tooling, documentation, and process. Everyone is incredibly nice, and the company seems to index on creating a kind work environment.
It's a remote-first company. Even though they manage it very well, be prepared for what that means and that's something you want.

Extreme and disorganized. The recruiter couldn’t get responses back from the hiring team for over a week at a time. The whole process took months on end. I ended up taking another offer.

Very thorough and communicative, had an involved process covering everything from basics to complex methodologies and techniques. Everyone was knowledgeable and thorough. There were at least 4 rounds, including multiple coding questions.
