From my experience so far, I haven’t encountered any significant cons worth highlighting. Naturally, every company has areas it’s still refining, especially in a fast-paced, high-growth environment like Brex, but nothing has stood out as a major drawback.

Very thorough and communicative, had an involved process covering everything from basics to complex methodologies and techniques. Everyone was knowledgeable and thorough. There were at least 4 rounds, including multiple coding questions.
The coding challenge revolved around building a filter with toggles, with data being supplied from a JSON file. It involved React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. It was a bit tricky to finish within the 50-minute time limit.
