Brex actually cares about employee wellbeing and listens to feedback. I have not seen this level of genuine caring at any other company.
The same you'd find at any startup. Priorities shift over time. It's a bit hard to tell what will deliver the most value, and some engineering decisions become painful and require rearchitecting.
