I feel truly enabled as an engineer working at Brex. The transparency, honesty, and support I get from a team of high-calibre engineers is something that is very hard to find. It's one of the best decisions I've made for my career, as I know I will have the learning opportunity to grow and create impact for Brex.
The interviewing process was arduous, especially the take-home exam. However, I'd take it any day over Leetcode questions. They really care about how you code and how you got to the solution, rather than if you can invert a BST.
PREFACE: The interview process for each role (front-end, back-end, mobile) is very different. I completed the interview for the mobile role. 1. Take-home assignment: The recruiter mentioned it would take approximately 4 hours, but it took me around
Very thorough and communicative, had an involved process covering everything from basics to complex methodologies and techniques. Everyone was knowledgeable and thorough. There were at least 4 rounds, including multiple coding questions.
First, there is a recruiter screen call to go over your background and the role description. Then, there is a technical screen with an engineer. Finally, there is a virtual onsite.
