The place you want to be as an engineer early in your career
I feel truly enabled as an engineer working at Brex. The transparency, honesty, and support I get from a team of high-calibre engineers is something that is very hard to find. It's one of the best decisions I've made for my career, as I know I will have the learning opportunity to grow and create impact for Brex.
The interviewing process was arduous, especially the take-home exam. However, I'd take it any day over Leetcode questions. They really care about how you code and how you got to the solution, rather than if you can invert a BST.
