Pros: A very talented group of engineers whom I had the great pleasure to work with. Many of them I know from previous companies I worked at before, so it was a great environment to work. Company provides the best benefits: ESPP, RSU, and stock options. Management contributes to personal professional growth, including internal and external courses. Lots of interesting projects on most recent wireless technologies. Nice office spaces, a great kitchen, and sport facilities on campus.

Cons: Management spent too much money buying other companies, so their employees are losing their jobs.

Pros: As part of our team, there was a lot of independence and challenging work as well.

Cons: Nothing found during my two years at Broadcom.

Pros: The total compensation is great.

Cons: The base salary is not good, so you need to keep making it through quarters. They are implementing full RTO. Stressful continuously meeting insane profit expectations.
